Supply and allocation

On-chain name: Water Token; symbol: water; decimals: 18. Initial supply is 220,000,000 WATER: 170,000,000 for the pool (77.27%), 30,000,000 for operations (13.64%) and an additional 20,000,000 for charity presale (9.09%). Initialization occurs once, with no subsequent administrator minting entry point. Burns reduce supply.

The initial pool is configured for 170,000,000 WATER + 20,000 Binance-Peg USDC: 8500 WATER per USDC, or approximately 0.0001176471 USDC per WATER. Initial supply valuation at this ratio is approximately 25,882.35 USDC. This is not treasury cash, realizable value or a guaranteed execution price.

Lock liquidity, then presell, then open trading

① The funder first supplies pool capital: 170 million WATER and 20,000 USDC, with project LP sent to a permanent locker with no withdrawal entry point. ② Successful funding and locking start the 14-day presale clock; the official pool remains closed. ③ A sellout permits early finalization; otherwise anyone may finalize after 14 days, burning only unsold presale tokens. ④ The sole funder then opens official trading in a separate transaction, without a second pool contribution.

prepareAndFund can assemble, fund, lock and start the clock atomically; failure reverts that transaction. Separate prepare and fund calls are also supported, but prepare does not start the sale. Finalization and opening require actual transactions; expiry does not execute them automatically. The previous five-stage pool-funding proposal is cancelled.

Charity presale rules

Presale allocation: 20,000,000 WATER at 8500 WATER per USDC. Each purchase is capped at 3,000,000 WATER and the remaining allocation. This is a per-transaction cap, not a cumulative wallet limit. The ratio matches the initial pool ratio; market trading will change prices.

The presale accepts only the designated USDC, not direct BNB, USDT or ETH payments. Payment and token delivery succeed or revert together; no presale buy tax applies. Delivered tokens can be transferred between wallets. Payments round upward to the smallest USDC unit, with less than one unit of rounding per purchase; tiny orders can have a different effective price. The theoretical sellout total is about 2352.941176 USDC, with actual totals including per-order rounding.

Use of proceeds and refund limits

100% of actual presale receipts go directly to the charity wallet fixed when the sale is created, for external charitable donations. No operations, audit or other project costs are deducted. The project separately supplies the 20,000 USDC pool capital and execution costs. Later address-book changes do not change this presale recipient.

There is no presale refund entry point. Project LP is permanently locked, so locked pool capital cannot be recovered even if trading subsequently cannot open. Wallet receipts are not proof of institutional receipt; external spending still requires wallet-holder action and evidence. Token purchases do not guarantee profit, principal or protection against a zero price.

Trading taxes and distribution

Official-pool buy tax is fixed at 0.5%, sell tax at 1%, and ordinary wallet transfers have no project tax. Each gross transfer out of the official pool is capped at 3,000,000 WATER, delivering at most 2,985,000 after buy tax. This also affects buybacks and liquidity removal; it is not a cumulative holding limit. Other pools are not automatically taxed.

Actual converted tax receipts are allocated 80% to charity, 15% to operations and 5% to the fixed buyback contract. This differs from the 100% charity allocation of presale receipts. Each 20 smallest USDC units splits 16/3/1; remainders accumulate. Payments are separate and cannot be claimed twice. Successful tax swaps are at least one hour apart, capped at 0.1% of pool WATER reserves and subject to price checks.

Operations vesting and sale limits

The 30,000,000 operations tokens vest over twelve 30-day periods of 2,500,000 each. The first tranche unlocks at token deployment and the last at day 330. The presale period counts toward vesting; trading does not restart the clock. Unlocking permits controlled sales, not arbitrary token withdrawals.

Sales are limited to 100,000 WATER per fixed 24-hour period and 700,000 per fixed seven-day period. Split orders accumulate; unused daily/weekly allowances do not roll over, while unlocked unsold tokens do. Limits use gross amounts, sales incur 1% tax and proceeds go to the operations wallet. Period boundaries are not rolling 24-hour limits or a promise to sell daily.

Buybacks, burns and price protection

Buyback funds can only use the fixed route to buy and burn actual WATER received in the same transaction. The first buyback requires six hours after opening; later successful buybacks are at least six hours apart. Minimum: 10 USDC. Maximum: the least of 25% of the balance, 1000 USDC and 0.1% of pool USDC reserves. A 20,000 USDC pool initially limits this to 20 USDC.

A valid average-price observation of at least 60 minutes is required; a spot deviation above 2% is rejected. Protected output checks account for route fees, buy tax and minimum receipt. Paying the 5% allocation can attempt a linked buyback; failure does not reverse completed distribution, and funds remain for retry. Someone must submit transactions; execution is not guaranteed on a schedule. A continuous maintenance service is not running.

Permissions and future multisig

There are no administrator entry points for minting, arbitrary balance edits, tax changes, pausing or blacklisting. Charity/operations tax recipients and management changes require 48 hours and acceptance by the new address. These changes cannot unlock LP or withdraw fixed buyback funds; the presale recipient remains fixed.

Multisig remains a plan, with no active charity multisig. A recorder uses USDC average price times unburned supply: seven valid daily observations 24–25 hours apart at 1,000,000 USDC record a migration deadline, but do not migrate wallets. The proposed charity wallet has two project, two institutional and one independent seat, with 3/5 signatures. Ordinary 3/5 does not require an institution on every payment. Operations and management retain the planned five-role, three-signature structure; members and migration remain pending.

Charity ledger and external donations

All charity funds actually received are designated for external donations, not project operations or investment. There is no fixed monthly donation promise. Presale, trading-tax and direct-donation sources are separated; internal transfers must not double-count income. Receipts, pending donations, external payments, institutional confirmations and outcomes are disclosed separately.

Recipients, purpose, payment schedules and evidence require case-by-case implementation. After supported on-chain outflows are synchronized, administrators add recipient, purpose and evidence; an outgoing transfer alone is not completed aid. Areas include humanitarian relief, children, displaced civilians, women’s charitable programs, medical aid and disaster relief. No institutional partnership is confirmed or implied.

Settlement asset and payment routes

The selected settlement asset is 18-decimal Binance-Peg USDC on BNB Smart Chain (56), at 0x8AC76a51cc950d9822D68b83fE1Ad97B32Cd580d. Selection and fork compatibility tests are not audits of reserves, custody or redeemability. It must not be represented as Circle-native USDC issued on this chain.

Post-opening purchase routes are planned for BNB-chain USDC, USDT, native BNB and mapped ETH, ultimately through the official WATER/USDC pool. This differs from the USDC-only presale. Historical testnet simulations covered multiple assets; mainnet entry points still require new addresses and real route verification. Direct payment from other chains is not supported.

Validation and implementation status

The canonical contract version is v4-lock-first, superseding v3 presale and the website task’s separate candidate. Source hashes match the project validation record: 44 local tests passed, zero failed. A local fork at mainnet block 121996495 on 15 Sep 2026 passed selected-asset, lock-first presale, settlement/burn and separate-opening checks. No mainnet transactions were broadcast.

Historical public-testnet V3 addresses, 200,000,000 initial supply and buyback records belong to the old version without this presale. Control-signature records exist for the three role wallets; they are not deployment or transfer authorization. Mainnet is not deployed or funded, there is no live presale purchase page, and no independent security audit is complete.

Limits and remaining work

Remaining work includes public-network and wallet acceptance of this version, final parameter/dependency checks, monitoring and maintenance, and real donation arrangements. Local validation and historical tests do not replace independent auditing or prove an absence of defects.

Large USDC deposits synchronized into an unfunded predicted pool can still block funding; the presale has not started at that point. Free wallet transfers allow third parties to create other pools early. Assets mistakenly sent to the presale have no rescue entry point: purchases must use the purchase call, not a direct transfer. Locking, buybacks and immutability do not guarantee principal safety.

Roles and contract addresses

Planned mainnet roles: management/funder 0x46DA62C1abE0d9ADe4Dd389df5621d06BBd6EB48; operations 0x34a3436c50935B199f423E1da4b6205174F68374; charity 0x89C382cE00a519fB6E1B57Ad7ACbE6A9E666716D. These identify roles, not payment or approval instructions.

Mainnet WATER, presale, pool, locker and buyback contracts are not deployed. Local predicted addresses are not official live addresses. Existing testnet queries and administration remain available in the package; publishing website text does not deploy contracts or open trading.
