Charity ledger and external donations
All charity funds actually received are designated for external donations, not project operations or investment. There is no fixed monthly donation promise. Presale, trading-tax and direct-donation sources are separated; internal transfers must not double-count income. Receipts, pending donations, external payments, institutional confirmations and outcomes are disclosed separately.
Recipients, purpose, payment schedules and evidence require case-by-case implementation. After supported on-chain outflows are synchronized, administrators add recipient, purpose and evidence; an outgoing transfer alone is not completed aid. Areas include humanitarian relief, children, displaced civilians, women’s charitable programs, medical aid and disaster relief. No institutional partnership is confirmed or implied.
Use of proceeds and refund limits
100% of actual presale receipts go directly to the charity wallet fixed when the sale is created, for external charitable donations. No operations, audit or other project costs are deducted. The project separately supplies the 20,000 USDC pool capital and execution costs. Later address-book changes do not change this presale recipient.
There is no presale refund entry point. Project LP is permanently locked, so locked pool capital cannot be recovered even if trading subsequently cannot open. Wallet receipts are not proof of institutional receipt; external spending still requires wallet-holder action and evidence. Token purchases do not guarantee profit, principal or protection against a zero price.
Permissions and future multisig
There are no administrator entry points for minting, arbitrary balance edits, tax changes, pausing or blacklisting. Charity/operations tax recipients and management changes require 48 hours and acceptance by the new address. These changes cannot unlock LP or withdraw fixed buyback funds; the presale recipient remains fixed.
Multisig remains a plan, with no active charity multisig. A recorder uses USDC average price times unburned supply: seven valid daily observations 24–25 hours apart at 1,000,000 USDC record a migration deadline, but do not migrate wallets. The proposed charity wallet has two project, two institutional and one independent seat, with 3/5 signatures. Ordinary 3/5 does not require an institution on every payment. Operations and management retain the planned five-role, three-signature structure; members and migration remain pending.
