WATER TOKEN / EVERY DROP CAN HELP

Every act of kindness,
closer to someone in need.

Water does not promise how much you will earn. Our charitable commitment: 80% of the actual proceeds from transaction-tax conversion goes to the charity wallet. All funds allocated to that wallet are committed to external charitable donations, with their use disclosed for verification.

01 / WHY WATER

Even the smallest kindness
deserves a clear record.

Water focuses on accountable charitable funding. It does not promise profit, capital protection or fixed returns. Under the project rules, actual proceeds from taxable trades in designated pools are allocated 80% to charity, 15% to operations and 5% to buybacks. All charity-wallet receipts are committed to external donations. This is a share of converted tax proceeds, not the entire trade amount; not every transfer generates charity funding. Receipts, grants and completed aid will be disclosed separately. Mainnet has not launched, and no verified real charitable disbursements are currently recorded.

Our next milestone: a dedicated charitable foundation

When trading volume reaches a scale that can support sustained relief work, we plan to establish a dedicated charitable foundation to organize relief projects, manage charitable funding and oversee delivery, including post-conflict rebuilding, support for children and medical assistance.

The foundation has not been established. The trading-volume threshold, timeline, registration jurisdiction and governance arrangements have not yet been determined. We will disclose progress, applicable registration requirements and funding oversight arrangements. This is a future plan, not a claim of an existing registered foundation or completed relief work.

How collected tax is allocated

80%Charity walletAll actual receipts allocated to external donations
15%Project operationsSeparate from the 30M-token operations reserve
5%Buyback & burnHeld in a fixed contract, subject to execution conditions

Example: 100 USDC received after tax conversion is split 80 / 15 / 5. These percentages do not apply to the purchase principal. Trading inside a centralized exchange does not necessarily generate on-chain charity tax.

Vesting & sale limits

The 30,000,000 operations tokens vest over twelve 30-day periods of 2,500,000 each. The first tranche unlocks at token deployment and the last at day 330. The presale period counts toward vesting; trading does not restart the clock. Unlocking permits controlled sales, not arbitrary token withdrawals.

  • At most 100,000 tokens per fixed 24-hour period.
  • At most 700,000 tokens per fixed 7-day period.
  • Unused daily and weekly allowances do not roll over; unlocked unsold balances do.
  • Sales incur the 1% sell tax; proceeds go to the operations wallet.

Buyback & genuine burning

Anyone may trigger execution, but cannot choose a recipient or arbitrary route. Purchased tokens are burned in the same transaction, reducing total supply.

  • At least 6 hours before the first and between successful buybacks.
  • Minimum 10 USDC. Maximum: the lowest of 25% of contract balance, 1,000 USDC, or 0.1% of pool reserves.
  • At least 60 minutes of average-price observation; execution is rejected above 2% spot-price deviation.
  • Funds remain held when conditions are not met. No fixed execution schedule is guaranteed.
The V3 testnet contract caps each gross output from the official pool at 3,000,000 water; after the 0.5% buy tax, the recipient receives 2,985,000. This is not a holding cap and does not prevent split purchases. Buybacks and liquidity-removal outputs are also subject to it. Mainnet is not deployed.

Four payment routes · testnet

Post-opening purchase routes are planned for BNB-chain USDC, USDT, native BNB and mapped ETH, ultimately through the official WATER/USDC pool. This differs from the USDC-only presale. Historical testnet simulations covered multiple assets; mainnet entry points still require new addresses and real route verification. Direct payment from other chains is not supported.

Current liquidity version

① The funder first supplies pool capital: 170 million WATER and 20,000 USDC, with project LP sent to a permanent locker with no withdrawal entry point. ② Successful funding and locking start the 14-day presale clock; the official pool remains closed. ③ A sellout permits early finalization; otherwise anyone may finalize after 14 days, burning only unsold presale tokens. ④ The sole funder then opens official trading in a separate transaction, without a second pool contribution.

Charity presale · 20 million WATER

Fund and permanently lock project LP first, then start a 14-day presale. Trading opens separately after finalization. All presale receipts go to the fixed charity wallet for external donations.

Mainnet is not deployed or funded, there is no live presale purchase page, and no independent security audit is complete.

Rules fixed in the contracts

On-chain name: Water Token; symbol: water; decimals: 18. Initial supply is 220,000,000 WATER: 170,000,000 for the pool (77.27%), 30,000,000 for operations (13.64%) and an additional 20,000,000 for charity presale (9.09%). Initialization occurs once, with no subsequent administrator minting entry point. Burns reduce supply.

There are no administrator entry points for minting, arbitrary balance edits, tax changes, pausing or blacklisting. Charity/operations tax recipients and management changes require 48 hours and acceptance by the new address. These changes cannot unlock LP or withdraw fixed buyback funds; the presale recipient remains fixed.

Remaining work includes public-network and wallet acceptance of this version, final parameter/dependency checks, monitoring and maintenance, and real donation arrangements. Local validation and historical tests do not replace independent auditing or prove an absence of defects.

06 / DOCUMENTS & COMMUNITY

Understand every detail.

Does a charity-wallet receipt mean a donation is complete?

No. Receipts are initially recorded as pending donations. External payment is recorded when made; recipient confirmation and aid outcomes require separate supporting evidence.

Does every trade support charity?

Only taxable transactions recognized by the contract produce project tax. Ordinary transfers are not taxed. Internal exchange trading typically does not trigger an on-chain token transfer for each trade. Nothing is counted as charity income before it is actually received.

Does “donate everything received” happen automatically?

This is the confirmed fund-use policy, not an automatic payment on every receipt. Recipients, payment frequency and maximum waiting time remain to be established. Covering payment fees from operations is still a proposed supporting arrangement.

Is the project audited, launched or institutionally co-managed?

Mainnet is not deployed, no independent audit is complete, and no institutional partner or charity multisig address has been confirmed. Future claims must be supported by public, verifiable records.
